What is a C 92?

A C92 is an application for determination of a percentage of permanent partial disability or increase of permanent partial disability.

As per the Ohio BWC Website:

Injured workers should use this form to request a determination relative to a permanent disability which they have as a result of their work-related injury or disease. If there is any residual impairment, the injured worker may be eligible for a monetary award based upon the severity of the impairment. The injured worker may be eligible for this benefit even if he or she did not lose time from work due to the injury.

You may submit the initial application 26* weeks from the date of injury or 26* weeks after the last date of temporary total disability compensation. You can submit this form for an increase in this benefit if the impairment becomes more severe over time. There is no time constraint for filing for an increase.

*Please not the BWC website still lists 40 weeks.  This is incorrect and was changed back in 2006.

Thanks to the hard working men and women of Ohio for allowing us to serve you. The workers comp system is very challenging. By no choice of their own, workers find themselves injured, off work, and desperate for answers and treatment. We are honored to focus on our clients not just their legal case. The best complement we receive is a referral from existing clients. The second best is their words of thanks and appreciation.
