HIP IMPLANT – WHY DO I NEED A REVISION?

Joint replacement implants will typically last for 10 – 20 years.  However, hip implants have become a major problem for many Americans.  Patients can suffer serious complications like metallosis, dislocation and infection.  These complications may necessitate a revision surgery.  The revision joint replacement surgery is more complicated than the original procedure.  Patients are often referred to specialist in revision operations.

You may need a revision if you've experience:

  • Loosening of the implant
  • A fracture
  • Infection
  • Implant recall

Many hip replacement brands have been recalled and many more brands may be recalled soon.  If you've had a revision surgery or need a revision surgery because of a faulty hip implant, please talk to an attorney about a potential action against the manufacturer.

Justice is an important part of our country.  You may be experiencing severe pain, loss of motion, loss of quality time with your family, and lost time at work.  You don't want that to happen to anyone else.  We are looking to hold manufactures accountable for providing safe and quality medical devices to you, your friends and your neighbors.

If you have questions, call or complete our evaluation form.  You will be contacted by an attorney to discuss your options.

By no choice of their own, workers find themselves injured, off work, and desperate for answers and treatment. We are honored to focus on our clients not just their legal case. The best complement we receive is a referral from existing clients. The second best is their words of thanks and appreciation.
