The Bureau of Workers Compensation was not created to advocate for you or your benefits. The most important thing for you to understand is your employer has an attorney representing their best interest.
You should also have an attorney that understands the complex BWC system and knows how to advocate for you. An experienced workers' comp attorney can file appeals for denied claims and benefits. Call to speak with a lawyer at Garson Johnson to help.
